North Rhine Westphalia Hackathon "Open Data applications for NRW"
Full-day event to develop educational applications
On 27 February, the #NRWHackathon will take place in Düsseldorf to develop educational apps for the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. The full-day event is an important component related to the NRW 4.0 Congress taking place a couple weeks later. The state government congress will take place on 11 March 2016 with the main theme "Learning in the digital transformation". This year, the #NRWHackathon will discuss Open Data as a basis for educational apps.
Schools and universities will be given the opportunity to propose ideas for applications and at the same time, establish contacts with ministries and programmers.
