On their website, users can search for a home for sale or rent using various filters, such as size, public transport connection and pet allowance, so Trulia can make suggestions based on their requests. In addition, interested parties can get detailed and authentic insights into neighbourhoods. These insights include information such as the distance to places of interest, educational institutions, restaurants, groceries, nightlife, safety and crime, ratings by locals, shopping, as well as maps and photos.
