Countdown to the Open Data Maturity Report 2019
The European Data Portal will publish the Open Data Maturity report in late 2019!
In late 2019, the European Data Portal will publish their fifth annual report on open data maturity in EU28+. The report will measure the state-of-play of open data in Europe and will show the progress that European countries have made with their open data activities since the first iteration of the report in 2015 and more specifically since the previous report - "Open Data Maturity in Europe 2018 (ODM 2018): New horizons for Open Data driven transformation".
This year, the report will again provide specific recommendations on how countries can move forward in the field of open data by overcoming barriers such as political, organisational or financial challenges. Countries will be assessed alongside four open data dimensions - policy, portal, impact, and quality - to enable a more granular understanding of the actual maturity and to compare efforts and performance across Member States.
