EU-ISACs Conference on Cybersecurity

The EU-ISACs conference takes place as cybersecurity gains importance during the pandemic.

The EU-ISACs (Information Sharing and Analysis Centres) consortium is part of the EU Digital Single Market project. The consortium provided an update on their performance and key takeaway learnings through a digital conference. The conference has been co-organised by the European Commission (DG Connect) and ENISA, the EU agency for Cybersecurity on 29 June 2020. The conference also marked the start of the building of an interactive community.

The conference has been recorded and can now be viewed online here. Amongst the speakers, there were:

  • Miguel Gonzalez – Head of Unit at the European Commission’s Cybersecurity Technology & Capacity Building Unit
  • Vangelis Ouzounis – Head of Unit at ENISA’s Secure Infrastructures and Services Unit
  • Fidel Santiago – Policy Officer at the European Commission’s Cybersecurity Technology & Capacity Building Unit

You can engage with the consortium via an online overview here or support the consortium via social media here. Interested audience is encouraged to engage with the topic of cybersecurity through these channels as knowledge sharing can provide protection against data breaches and cybercrime.
