This week on Wednesday 27 January at 13:00 CET, Hans Graux from Timelex will join the EDP and the Support Centre for Data Sharing team for a Data Talks session to discuss contract terms for data sharing.
Timelex is a law firm specialised in IT infrastructures. Hans will present selected existing contractual clauses relating to data sharing in six sectors:
- Agriculture
- Smart mobility
- Energy
- Financial services
- The European Green Deal
- Industrial manufacturing
The Data Talks is a sneak peek to an upcoming publication, titled “Report on the development of a set of recommended contract terms”, to be published on the Support Centre for Data Sharing. Through a number of examples in each of the six sectors, this report acts as a repository of recommended practices and identifies ways to handle data sharing problems from a contractual perspective. Join us to learn more about the report and discuss its findings and implications!
