Shaping public sector interoperability in Europe

The ISA2 programme is running three public consultations to assess interoperability solutions in the public sector

The European Commission Directorate General for Informatics (DG DIGIT) is currently evaluating the ISA² programme and the European Interoperability Framework (EIF) – two key solutions for interoperability in Europe. In addition, DG DIGIT is working on an impact assessment that will act as the basis for a reinforced public sector interoperability policy. For that purpose, DIGIT invites key stakeholders to give their input through a public consultation. Stakeholders include people from academia, business, consumer organisations, environmental agencies, NGOs, public authority, or society in general.

The consultation aims to evaluate the achievements of the ISA2  programme and the EIF, identify areas of improvement, and update the interoperability policy for the EU’s public sector. Stakeholders can share their thoughts in three different surveys:

  • The impact assessment for a future interoperability policy (18 questions, 20 minutes)
  • The European Interoperability Framework (EIF) evaluation (22 questions, 20 minutes)
  • The final evaluation of the ISA2   programme (24 questions, 30 minutes)

Give your input in the survey before 27 April and help shape the future of interoperability policy.
