Latvian Virtual COVID-19 Assistant for Information about COVID-19.
In order to provide reliable inquiries and provide answers to citizens' questions related to COVID-19 in Latvia, a virtual assistant is trained. The COVID-19 Virtual Assistant will answer citizens' questions around the clock. Virtual Assistant responses use information only from secure and verified sources.
This is a social initiative provided by the partners involved. Tilde provides the development and maintenance of a virtual assistant, Tet's virtual assistant trainers supplement and update the virtual assistant's knowledge base.
The virtual assistant can be placed on its websites for any state and municipal institution that wishes to do so.
